This basil flavored oil is perfect for summer dishes, especially to flavor rice, barley, spelled or quinoa, but it is also excellent for seasoning raw or cooked vegetables. It is perfect for preparing bases for white focaccia or for garnishing pizzas with mozzarella, fiordilatte or buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE AWAY FROM SOURCES OF LIGHT AND HEAT. Always close the oil bottle after use so as not to accelerate the oxidation process.
