Yellow-green in color with golden reflections, the oil obtained has a balanced and medium-spicy flavor given by the very high
concentration of polyphenols, excellent antioxidants for the well-being of our body and with a very high percentage of acidity
low(<0.2%). It is an oil that goes well with raw dishes such as salads and bruschetta but also to give flavor to soups
of legumes, as well as used in cooking on red or white meats and in fish-based dishes.
